Shipping information
All important shipping information at a glance:
- Processing and production time before shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and produced at the time of shipping.
- Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after editing and production is completed. It takes approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page. Additional shipping information during the COVID-19 pandemic We are fortunate to have solid partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us to best maintain our operations during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We have been working hard since February 2020 to keep up with the changing delivery situation around the world and are working with all available resources to make changes where possible to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
- Shipping time: All products take between 5 and 12 business days from time of shipment. Shipping is free and takes place via DHL and similar shipping service providers. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there MAY sometimes be delays due to the pandemic, which are unfortunately beyond our control: 1. Before the goods are shipped - Several areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or service disruptions (including ours here in China), so packages may be held up by the relevant carrier in the shipping country for a period of time (at worst 2-5 additional business days above normal processing time ).
- Lockdowns may result in the supply of production-critical materials for your products being suspended for a period of time (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days on top of normal processing time).
- We in China may ourselves be hit by renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns; staff reductions or temporary total closures cannot be ruled out (no exact prediction possible).
- If there are any changes to the delivery address, please contact us via our contact form. 2. After delivery of the goods - Several areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or business closures. Therefore, packages that have already been shipped may remain with the relevant delivery company for some time (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days on top of the normal shipping time).
- Due to the sharp increase in online order volume and reduced staffing levels, the customs and import stations at which you may have to pay import duties are also subject to a higher burden than normal, which may mean that the processing of your imports may take longer (in the worst case 2-5 additional business days on top of normal shipping time).
- Due to the lockdowns, personal delivery to your front door may no longer be allowed due to the risk of contamination. Packages are then increasingly dropped off at your local parcel station and remain there until you pick them up or until delivery is allowed again (no exact prediction possible).
- Airline availability of cargo space and routes will slowly return to pre-pandemic levels (at worst 2-5 additional business days above normal shipping time).
